Change Manager

Required Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies: The Change Manager should have a good understanding of Agile principles and practices, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, and how they apply to product delivery. They should also be familiar with Agile tools, such as Jira or TrelloChange management expertise: The Change Manager should have astrong background in change management processes and principles, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
• Project management skills: The Change Manager should have excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and monitoring project progress. They should be able to create and manage project plans, track and report on project status, and manage project risks and issues.
• Interpersonal and communication skills: The Change Manager should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. They should be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, build relationships, and influence outcomes.
• Analytical skills: The Change Manager should have strong analytical skills to understand complex problems, identify root causes, and develop solutions. They should be able to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions.

• Continuous improvement mindset: The Change Manager should have a continuous improvement mindset and be committed to identifying areas for improvement and driving change within the organization.

• Flexibility and adaptability: The Change Manager should be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. They should be able to adjust their approach based on changing project needs and be willing to take on new challenges.
• Relevant education and certifications: A degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, along with certifications in Agile, Project Management, or Change Management, may be beneficial for this role.
