Teacher Operations Project Manager (EdTeh)

Novakid.ru is an English language school for children 4-12 years old, which allows children to remotely learn a foreign language according to a teaching program that meets European CEFR standards on an equal footing with their English-speaking peers. Novakid teachers are native speakers from the US, UK and other countries.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Teacher Operations team.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in educational sphere

• Excellent English, oral and written (at least C1)

• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams

• Analytical skills

• Advanced skills in team management (planning, organisation, motivation, coordination, control)

• Creative approach to problem solving

• Higher education

TASKS

• Project tasks management: annual / quarterly / monthly project plans execution and deadlines monitoring

• Regular planning and reporting

• Product metrics analysis, participation in product development, elaboration of technical specifications for automation / task optimization.

• Competitor and marketing analysis

• Participation in the project strategy development

• Making offers on project development

• Project efficiency analysis with the key metrics
