Photocontroller Intern

Job Description

• Conduct thorough audits of photos submitted by Sales Team on a daily basis;
• Examine visual evidence to verify compliance with predefined criteria and guidelines;
• Identify discrepancies, issues, or non-compliance with execution standards and report them accurately;
• Collaborate with the execution team to provide feedback and guidance for improvement;
• Maintain an organized record of audit findings and communicate results to relevant stakeholders;
• Assist in developing and refining audit processes and criteria to enhance accuracy and efficiency;
• Perform offline field audits, which will account for approximately 10% of your time, to ensure on-ground compliance.

Qualifications

• In your last year or undergraduate of the Bachelor's degree;
• Or graduated recently and have less than 1 year of work experience;
• High attention to detail and a keen eye for visual accuracy;
• Strong organizational skills to manage and document audit results effectively;
• Good communication skills to provide clear and constructive feedback;
• Ability to work independently and meet daily audit targets;
• Familiarity with FMCG or retail industry is a plus;
• Strong desire to learn English.
