Responsibilities:
- search for the most feasible suppliers of manufacturing factories, conducting direct negotiations and establishing relations with them.
- participate in the conclusion of agreements
- organize regular meetings and negotiations with suppliers
- prepare reports for the management on work with suppliers
- develop, implement and execute the procurement category management strategy
- build strong working relationships with internal Customers/departments and key strategic suppliers
conduct regular market and supplier analysis - identify and utilize new opportunities to add value and save costs
- check compliance of contracts with technical specifications (technical characteristics, quantities, cost, etc.), regulatory documents, and the statutory requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
assess assigned projects to check the compliance with quality requirements, market situation and history of previous purchases - manage the fulfillment of contractual obligations by suppliers: in terms of quality, timing and quantities of delivered inventories; control over the timeliness of payments and preparation of required documentation
- organizing interaction with other business units concerned on conclusion of strategic contracts and other issues related to fulfillment of contractual obligations
- develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders
- fulfill instructions of the line manager
- comply with labor discipline requirements in the workplace
Requirements:
- BSc/Ba in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration
- 3-5 years of proven experience
- Experience using supply chain management software and tools, including Oracle, SAP Ariba, and/or Envision.
- In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
- Management and leadership skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Conditions:
- employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- office location - 199/1 Suyunbaya Avenue.
- annual paid leave of 24 calendar days
- working hours from 9.00 to 18.00, lunch break from 13.00 to 14.00
