QA/QC Welding inspector

Minimum 5 years’ experience in FAT, load and performance testing of oil and gas industry

pumps, drivers, compressors, generators, and other related oil field equipment;

Broad experience in reading and interpreting process, instrumentation, vendor and equipment drawings and manuals;

Knowledge of standards used in the industry, including, but not limited to the following: API (American Petroleum Institute), AWS (American Welding Society), ANSI (America National Standards Institute), and ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineering);

Understanding of instrumentation process schemes and drawings, SUPPLIER documentation, as well as mechanical engineering drawings and instructions;

Skills in performing inspections and preparing corresponding reports conforming to the Quality Control Plan (QCP/ITP);

Skills in checking material certificates to ensure their compliance to the established requirements;

Good safety awareness and knowledge of safety procedures and systems;
