JOB DEFINITION:

As the single point of contact for the market/s for Supply Chain Planning related topics, the key role of the SCP Affiliate Liaison is to ensure that supply chain activities are aligned and delivered to meet Affiliates’ sales and marketing plans and targets. Acting as an intermediate between the business partners and the Supply Chain organization covering supply chain availability parameters.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading regional and market level S&OP process
  • Serve as Single Point of Contact to assist in issue resolution, identify opportunities for process improvement and ensuring alignment between affiliate, regional, and global supply chain solutions
  • Act as internal SME for affiliate/market and their unique attributes, local network and market seices
  • Define and implement pro-active mechanisms to foster collaboration and communication fostering cross-functional partnership, understanding, and trust.
  • Drive alignment and partnership in forecast collaboration
  • Support new product launches, product discontinuances and promotions activities providing market specific insights and provide additional support when needed
  • Managing Planning key KPIs - product availability, DOS and market Excess & Obsolete inventory

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND/OR RELATED EXPERIENCE

Fluent in English.

Degree Field - Business, supply chain management, economics, or related field

  • Key supply chain principles: understanding of key supply chain principles and strategies.
  • Systems aptitude: ability to comfortably work with advanced supply chain planning systems and tools
  • Process Improvement: ability to challenge current processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Interpret data: ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from technical or business material.
  • Communicate business information: effectively communicating and presenting complex data (both verbally and written) to influence all levels and global audiences; helps others understand data and translate it into actionable business insights.
  • Strategic thinking: ability to think strategically and understand the broader view; demonstrates an understanding of the long-term, "big picture" view of needs and opportunities
  • Critical thinking: ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations using facts and data, business analysis, deductive reasoning and sound judgment.
