Junior Planning Specialist (Aksai, 5/2)

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

• Realization of planning and monitoring activity assigned by Senior Planned leader or Project Control Manager.
• Support the preparation and granting of the reporting according to the requirements.
• Support the development of Schedule Plan and monitoring of the project.

JOB DUTIES:

• Contribute to the preparation of Project Baseline - Deliverables Schedule, Gantt Charts, Planned S-Curve and Commitment Histogram.
• Take part in solving issues concerning the project development during the different stages of the design and construction.
• Support the department for the preparation of the schedule Plan and updating of progress and forecast date.
• Calculate progress achieved from Document Register updates.
• Support the production of weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Support the department during the preparation of the Bids.
• Support for analyzing parameters of performance of planned targets, and preparation of analytical notes by results of the control.
• Accept the incoming documentation necessary for scheduling, to check correctness and reliability of data.
• Prepare the reporting in target dates.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher relevant degree.
• English language - level fluent
