Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of similar experience
- Excellent computer competence, including experience with databases and Microsoft Office and/or Google Drive (esp. Slide and Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
- English level C1
- Excellent grammar skills
- Willingness to develop new techniques of teaching & training
- Great communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Knowledge of QA terms, tools, and methodologies
- Analytical skills and familiarity with reporting and data handling
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong Customer Service mindset
- Ability to work in a team, keep a positive attitude, work under pressure and with short deadlines in a fast-changing and dynamic environment
- Organizational, prioritizing, and time management abilities
