In respect of the candidate profile:

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to the Legal Team in the preparation of documents relating to the company’s activities in the fields of corporate law, contract law;
• Assisting with the operations by performing legal research and legal consultations;
• Liaison with the state authorities;
• Communication with the banks and bank accounts opening;
• Translate legal, commercial and other documents from English into Russian/Kazakh and from Russian/Kazakh into English;
• And other legal and administrative functions;

Requirements:

• We welcome candidates who are familiar with Kazakhstani Law;
• Eager to develop in legal field;
• Fluent English (or above intermediate);
• University degree in Law;
• MS Office knowledge is a must (MS Word, MS Outlook, PowerPoint);
• LLM will be an advantage;
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, deliver results, and work with documentation accurately, fast learner, well organized;
• Analytical mind;
• Good written skills;
• Attentiveness to details, punctuality.
