Estimating Manager (CAPEX)

At the moment we are looking for a Estimating Manager (CAPEX) for our client - a company performing an EPC contract for the construction and commissioning of a gas processing plant in Russia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyzes the Previous Project CAPEX and propose estimation process per WP and WU for the Project;
• Produce CAPEX Procedures, both for Client and for Subcontractors
• Produces complex Cost Estimates for the Projects (starting from Level 4 and developing to Level 2);
• Coordinates with other departments and collects all needed relevant data for bill of quantities and firming up cost;
• Coordinates with other departments to obtain Procurement and sub-contractors Cost and CAPEX
• Updates and maintains the CAPEX data bank;
• Managing a team of Estimators

Qualification requirements::

• Engineering degree;
• 5 to 8 years of experience;
• Experience in process design and Oil and Gas construction management;
• Good understanding of the principles of cost control, estimating, management, and project reporting.
• Previous experience in CAPEX (Level 4 up to 2)

Key competencies:

• Able to produce Engineering and Procurement Cost Estimate OR to produce an Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) Cost estimate. Works with limited supervision
• English is obligatory (Level B2 or higher)
• Microsoft Office (Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint)

• Work in office in Saint-Petersburg, no remote work or rotations
• Fixed-term direct contract for 2 years with the possibility of prolongation.

• Monday-Friday, Working hours 9am – 6pm
