We are looking for a person for one of our products - AdHand.

AdHand is an innovative digital advertising platform designed to optimize and automate ad campaigns across multiple channels. With a focus on performance marketing, AdHand offers advanced tools and solutions that empower businesses to maximize their advertising ROI.

Key features of AdHand include AI-driven ad management, real-time analytics, and intuitive campaign optimization. The platform supports various advertising channels, including social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, as well as Google Ads and TikTok.

AdHand's mission is to simplify digital advertising for businesses of all sizes, providing actionable insights and powerful tools to enhance campaign performance and drive growth.

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Onboarding Manager at AdHand to lead sales efforts with new customers acquired through our marketing activities. If you are enthusiastic and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to join our team and drive success!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the incoming flow of clients who have registered on our platform.
  • Engage actively with clients to demonstrate our product and guide them through the onboarding process on different platforms (TikTok, Telegram).
  • Assist clients in transitioning to our platform, including contract closure, cashback accrual, and invoicing.
  • Present company services to clients, addressing inquiries and handling objections.
  • Guide clients through the initial stages until the first payment is completed.
  • Provide comprehensive advice and support to clients on all related matters.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and entry of client information into CRM.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for company services.
  • Foster positive professional relationships with clients.
  • Monitor sales progress to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Track and manage all business-related invoices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in sales roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
  • Proficient presentation skills.
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Team player with a sense of accountability.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Desire to expand knowledge in digital and business development.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for client reporting.
  • Experience with CRM systems; familiarity with Pipedrive is a plus.
  • English language proficiency at least C1 level.
  • Passion for the company's growth potential and industry.
