Responsibilities:
  • 1. Collect and analyze after-sales information in markets, plan and manage international projects. 2. Be responsible for site selection and construction of international after-sales service centers based on company's development strategy, promote the construction of the assigned offline service centers. 3. Research after-sales service demands of local customers, design and achieve after-sales service strategies and goals. 4. Build, lead, motivate and develop highly successful frontline after-sales teams that achieve objectives. 5. Coordinate with the overseas after-sales team to improve the NPS (Net Promoter Score) in after-sales services. 6. Conduct after-sales service activities, implement vehicle technical-upgrading activities. 7. Ensure that daily operations align with the diverse requirements of local
Requirements:
  • 1. Familiarity with policies and regulations related to vehicle after-sales in the target market. 2. Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in vehicle after-sales service. 3. Bachelor's degree or above. Candidates with majors in automotive, engineering, or management are preferred. 4. Be able to use English as working language. Working knowledge of Kazakh is an added advantage.
