Responsibilities:

Purpose of the role:

  • Technical support for internal customers (the End User Computing environment)
  • Technical analysis and supporting of Technology solutions
  • Work in a consultative manner with our Tchnology departments to manage the fastest possible resolution
  • Act as interface between business and technology & TCS

Principal Accountabilities, key activities:

  • Service Desk Support
  • Hardware Support
  • Facility / Environmental Support
  • Network Support
  • Standard Software Support
  • Administration​​​​​​​

Requirements:

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Windows (Windows 10, Windows 7)
  • Understanding Microsoft Active Directory
  • Microsoft Office Standard Software Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Vision, Project, Publisher, Office 365, One Drive)
  • Understanding basic network technologies and protocols
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow tool would be an additional advantage
  • Knowledge of ITIL tool would be an additional advantage Certifications: ITIL, MCP, MCSA or MSCE

Soft Skills

  • At least 2 years of working experience in Service Desk
  • English skills in speech and writing
  • Kazakh \ Russian language
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Organizational talent
  • Service oriented approach
  • Readiness to travel​​​​​​​
