Responsibilities:
Purpose of the role:
- Technical support for internal customers (the End User Computing environment)
- Technical analysis and supporting of Technology solutions
- Work in a consultative manner with our Tchnology departments to manage the fastest possible resolution
- Act as interface between business and technology & TCS
Principal Accountabilities, key activities:
- Service Desk Support
- Hardware Support
- Facility / Environmental Support
- Network Support
- Standard Software Support
- Administration
Requirements:
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Windows (Windows 10, Windows 7)
- Understanding Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Office Standard Software Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Vision, Project, Publisher, Office 365, One Drive)
- Understanding basic network technologies and protocols
- Knowledge of ServiceNow tool would be an additional advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL tool would be an additional advantage Certifications: ITIL, MCP, MCSA or MSCE
Soft Skills
- At least 2 years of working experience in Service Desk
- English skills in speech and writing
- Kazakh \ Russian language
- Advanced communication skills
- Organizational talent
- Service oriented approach
- Readiness to travel
