Tender Manager

• Tender pack preparation
• Monitors specialized sites, trading platforms to announce public and commercial open competitions, tenders, electronic auctions
• Forms competitive bids at the request of the tender/competition Organizer
• Carries out proper registrations for pre-qualification at electronic tender platforms
• Ensures timely uploading of the tender package on electronic sites for tenders
• Coordinates the process of clarification of tender documentation between the Company and the tender/competition Organizer
• Draws up prescribed reports

• Corresponding higher education
• Knowledge of O&G procurement process (TCO, NCOC, KPO tender process in particular)
• Knowledge of specifics in Catering or/and Maintenance Services
• Fluent in Kazakh, English, Russian

• Salary + Quarterly bonus
• Work schedule 5\2, 09:00 - 18:00
