Efes Kazakhstan takes a leading position in the beer market of Kazakhstan. The company is a member of Efes Beer Group, which is a multinational group in the beverage industry specializing in the production and sale of beer and non-alcoholic beverages in Turkey, Eastern Europe and the CIS. Efes Kazakhstan owns two beer production plants in Almaty and Karaganda, as well as regional representative offices in Kazakhstan. We are glad to invite candidates to consider our vibrant vacancy of Event & BTL Supervisor, which requires creativity and analytical thinking to address real business challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, implementation and monitoring of all activities sponsorships and marketing events of the company;
  • Work closely with Brand groups in the framework of corporate business strategy implementation, support in planning, conducting and promoting a yearly marketing plan;
  • Effective organizational support to the Event and PR Manager, reporting and marketing projects in conducting events and activities at all levels according to the plan of activities;
  • Participate in the event planning and execution process, in the preparation of a plan for marketing activities and PR events, payments , monitor the execution of the budget for the events;
  • Prepare and oversee the execution of contracts for information, advertising, organizational and financial support of programs and events.
  • Conducts, coordinates and analyses brand promotion activities & events in cooperation with Brand groups and Sales department;
  • Coordinates the related activities with internal & external partners;
  • Understand marketing and commercial sectors goals and constraints and translate these into relevant action sheets & marketing briefs;
  • Monitoring market activities (competitors including);
  • Accountable for preparing and arranging projects launch plans;
  • Provide reports, specifications, and creative briefs;
  • Responsible for setting up of strong network of agencies/vendors

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Experience in event management / marketing area (FMCG’s category is preferred)
  • Ability to work overtime and on weekends
  • English level (Upper-Intermediate and above)
  • Advanced communication, presentation and analytical skills, ability to work in highly dynamic & changing environment, mentoring and coaching skills
  • Advanced supervisory skills, comfort around higher management, flexibility, highly developed negotiation skills, strategic thinking , creative thinking
