Responsibilities :

  • To make observations and research on customers for to identify their needs, preferences and style and control of survey upload and addresing
  • To identify customer motivations to make purchases, understanding the insights, that can be used in the design of collections
  • Effective planning of supplies in order to decrease sales loss
  • To make segmentation of customer personas (Young, Casual, income, age etc.)
  • To make segmentation of stores quarterly in the region, based on analyze with TOP-MID-ALL classification and ensuring necessary changes with all related departments
  • To analyze sales reports to promote the relevant product and apply visual merchandising to increase sales potential and achieve maximum sales and decrease loss in every exact store
  • To take actions based on the customers needs and preferences in stores on weekly/monlty basis
  • To monitor competitors actions and create reports to all related departments on weekly/monthly basis
  • To participate in weekly trading meetings
  • To have strict cooperation with operations team regarding all aspects of work
  • To inform country manager and get feedback on all related issues.
  • To take actions according to directions of Commercial Unit Managers.
  • To organize online amigo visits with country managers.
  • To be proactive in instant informing about all local product issues and competitors actions on a daily basis
  • To work on the annual season transition calendar for the country and planing advance actions for regular product and special occasions
Requirements :
  • Minimum 1 years of experience as Brand manager (Retail field)
  • Advanced user of MS Office
  • Perfect level of management and leadership skills
  • Advanced English or Turkish
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferable Management)
  • No obstacle for regular business trips over KZ regions
