• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Set tables according to type of event and service standards;
• Answer questions on menu selections;
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, recook orders;
• Record transaction in Micros system at time of order;
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages;
• Pick up trays and clean tables as needed to ensure a clean dining area;
• Complete closing duties, including restocking items;
• Present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment.
• Worked in all F&B outlets of the hotel (All Dining Restaurant, Fine Dining Restaurant, Lobby Bar, Lounge Bar, Room Service, Banquet and Catering services).

Conditions:

- schedule 5/2 (weekend on Sunday and Monday);

- working hours from 17:00 to 02:00;

- delivery at night;

- official employment;

- bonuses after the internship;

- trainings at the expense of the hotel.
