About the Data & Analytics department at PwC:

PwC is one of the first Big-4 companies in Kazakhstan to invest in a dedicated Data & Analytics department. At the moment, the team consists of almost 10 professionals with different backgrounds and work experiences.

Main directions of the department are: Data Governance, Data Management, Decision Intelligence, Business Intelligence Engineering, Digital Analytics and Research & BI Analytics. Data & Analytics team has many common projects with PwC Strategy & Operations Consulting, ESG Consulting and Digital Consulting teams.

We are focused:

• on maximizing the growth of our clients through competent and consistent work in the field of data

Description:

PwC Kazakhstan is looking for Data Manager who is familiar with Data Governance framework and has implemented Data Management processes.

The focus will be on:

• assessing companies for data management
• assessing business strategy for understanding of data goals
• assessing pain-points of the companies and identifying key data problems/challenges
• development Data strategy, based on Data Governance Framework
• implementing Data Governance/Data Management
• supporting of the data projects
• acting as a PMO
• mentoring and developing Data & Analytic team
• sales of PwC data services

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Data manager
• Excellent understanding of Data Management functions (collection, analysis, distribution, etc..)
• Excellent understanding of Data Governance framework
• Have a strong process management skills
• Have a project management skills
