HR Specialist

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist to join F&B Operation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting and developing talent within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.

Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies.

Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

Experience with Oracle systems will be plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
