We are glad to consider applicants on our exciting vacancy of HR Specialist (Almaty).

This role reports directly to HR Manager.

What awaits you, what will be your responsibilities?

  • Printing out and checking labor documentation from external agency: labor agreements, orders (hirings, transfers, terminations, etc), signing with employees, requesting missing ones, checking all information availability in the labor dossier
  • Collecting sick leaves leaflets, tracking them, etc. Taking part in monthly Work staff table preparation
  • Preparing HR-related reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Administering disciplinary sanctions process and executing other activities in frames of personnel records management according to Labor Code
  • Act as a point of contact for HR and payroll calculation matters for employees
  • Preparing JDs, vacancies publications, recruitment on entry-level and Specialists roles
  • Collecting documents and coordination of airport passes receval process for current and new employees
  • Provide support for various HR topics such as Compensation & Benefits strategies, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning & Development, team motivation and engagement, Performance Management with Business Partnership mindset
  • Participate & contribute to various HR Projects.

What will be the qualifications we expect from you?

  • Higher education (preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Linguistics, Engineering)
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in Human Resources with confident knowledge of labor documentation and Labor Code; confident recruitment skills;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving & time-management skills; accurate, well-organized, results-driven, detail-oriented, friendly and customer-oriented
  • Good communication and presentation skills, ability to build and sustain relationships and interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Intermediate+ English, fluent Russian
  • Working knowledge of Kazakh both verbal and written (would be a plus)
  • Working knowledge of Turkish (as an advantage)
  • Advanced level of MS Office, Canva, etc
