Main responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the organization's business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify and address talent management needs.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Provide coaching and career development opportunities to employees.
  • Identify high-performing employees and develop retention strategies.
  • Develop and implement succession planning strategies.
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure that performance management processes are effective and aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Lead well-being projects for employees.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Manager or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent management strategies and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • English level: upper-intermediate and higher.
