Requirement:
A university degree in an Engineering discipline in either; civil, electrical, electronics, mechanical, other related technical discipline.
7 + years hands on and management and supervisory experience in Operations and Maintenance of Facilities/ Utilities Equipment
Experience in Project estimating and execution
Proven track experience in Commercial and Business Development
Computer literate a competent in MS products such as; Excel, Word, Access, Project, Visio, Auto CAD and CMMS software applications
Knowledge of Russian, Kazakh, English.
Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization
Knowledge and understanding of RoK Safety, MSDS, Health & Environmental legislation
Ability to motivate people and embrace implement management of change throughout the maintenance department
Ability to strategically develop opportunities in a dynamic environment
Ability to implement continuous improvement programs which are measurable and provide both tangible and intangible benefits to the department
Ability to understand and be familiar with general Maintenance work flow processes, procedures and systems

Обязанности
Responsibility:
The function of a Facilities Maintenance Manager is to manage and develop the maintenance functions. The Manager is to directly supervise, lead and assist the Administration & Support Unit and indirectly all Other Facility Maintenance Units in regards to all related work order requests within the facilities maintenance scope of work with high emphasis on safety, quality and cost as required for the department and as directed by the company management for the Client on a daily basis enforcing a safe environment for customers and staff by abiding with all the procedures and policies as established by the Client and the Company
Deal with emergency situations in accordance with Company and Client policies and procedures
Report and record all near misses, injuries, provide feedback to management regarding hazards in the workplace and any other health, safety and security issues which may have impact on Company business
Model high standards of performance and behaviour.
Develop team commitment and co-operation, encourage and promote team performance
Develop and Update Company and Industry Knowledge
Seek internal training opportunities appropriate for position as agreed with management and outlined on Company Training Matrix
Update skills, knowledge and qualifications and licenses to maintain a high level of competence
Directly and indirectly responsible for all personnel assigned to work in the maintenance and project management department in accordance with company personnel and training policies
Maintaining regular contact with the client or their representative and to attend structure review meetings as appropriate
To monitor the progress and quality of works and recognize potential problems and take necessary actions to save expenditure
To analyze alternative systems of work and recommend the optimum solution within defined constraints
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the company quality assurance system
