• Develop detailed procedures for equipment inspection and testing and ensuring equipment testing and certification of in accordance with RK regulatory requirements, international standards and best practices.
• Effective management and control of inventory of materials and spare parts, ensuring timely preparation of purchase orders in the SAP system and tracking the advance delivery of materials, taking into account the planned deadlines.
• Ensure that Work Orders are prepared in SAP for all related Maintenance Activities, including Mechanical Isolation Procedures and Job Safety Analysis, where appropriate.
• Prepare scopes of work (SoW) and ITT packs in accordance with internal procedures, technical evaluation of Bidder proposals properly.
• Develop and prepare corrective maintenance schedules for mechanical static equipment.

• High or secondary technical education on relevant specialty, work experience no less than 5 years.
• Experience in global/local oil companies and operations.
• Knowledge of English is preferable (Upper- Intermediate level).
• Expertise with SAP and maintenance work management process (mandatory).
• Regulatory and procedural materials for mechanical equipment systems; including Kazakh and International regulations (API, ISO, BS EN, etc).
