Digital Analyst (Atyrau)

Brief Job Description:

• Perform accurately assigned tasks related to IT processes.
• Develop a detailed action plan for fulfillment of set tasks.
• Collect, summarize and structure the information.
• Develop resolution options within the framework of professional duties.
• Work independently with minimal supervision .
• Assess his/her own strengths and weaknesses.
• Make practical steps for personal development.
• Share his/her work experience and information with colleagues for achievement of corporate goals.
• Express his/her thoughts clearly and in structured manner both in written and verbal form.
• Manages multiple assignments concurrently.
• Budget and resource tracking for the department or digital Product Line, business analysis.
• Support Digital service offerings by implementing and effectively utilizing established procedures and processes.
• Coordination of risk based execution plans and ensures adherence to compliance activities.
• Participation/facilitation in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigation and other ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Preparing change management analysis.
• Coordination tasks of low complexity.
• Interacts with internal parties. This includes meetings to conduct research, analyze available data and draw conclusions to independently identify issues and trends, partner with experts and others to solve analytical problems.
• Through daily work activities continues to learn about Company's business processes in their area of support responsibility.
• Reports to Lead or higher grade Digital analyst within Planning and Portfolio Management team.
• Job Specification and requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Information Systems, Finance/Economics or related discipline preferred.
• At least 1 years of experience in Business Analysis, Planning, or other relevant fields required
• Knowledge of key IT principles and technologies
• Basics of planning, budgeting (business planning, cost analysis, budgeting/forecasting, etc.).
• Basics of Agile Development and business processes management.
• Basics of business intelligence.
• Basics of process improvement, service management, supplier management
• Kazakh, Russian, English (Advanced)
• Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Certification on business analysis, familiarity with Agile/SAFe will be considered as an advantage.
