JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Scope of job duties: Provide support to the HR Manager in ac-cordance with the current regulations and instructions

- Administration of the general process of mobilization / demobilization of foreign and local employees of the company at the Tengiz field, namely:

- Providing timely notification to the line manager and the Human Resources department of an employee's arrival delay or any other changes;

- To arrange and organize accommodation for employees in Camps at the field;

- Together with the transport depart-ment, the organization of transport for the transportation of employees during crew change, mobilization and / or demobilization them on/to the project;

- Timely taking measures and actions to cancel transport, accommodation in the camps, rebooking them to avoid additional costs and payments;

- Coordinate the entry of an employee to the field with the security service and / or with other services of the Client, if required by the internal regulatory documents of the Client;

- Familiarize new employees with the site, work place and make sure that they have signed all the necessary documents for employment in the HR department. Accompany them during the entire period of the first shift, regularly check on the process of their adaptation, and, if necessary, provide support.

- Preparation and submission of daily and weekly reports on the results of the work done, at the request of managers.

- Working together with the Human Resources Department and Recruitment team to keep records of department employees.

- Active participation in solving emergency situations in the areas entrusted to the employee within the limits of their powers and competencies.

- Daily update the status of the number of staff on the site, be aware of the location of new employees, keep in touch with their managers.

- Carries out the proper execution, maintenance and storage of the time sheet in accordance with and within the time limits established by the current labor legislation and internal regulations of the Company;

- Controls timely attendance and departure of the company's employees from work, their presence at their workplaces;

- Makes appropriate marks in the report card and makes daily reports (summaries) on attendance at work, tardiness and absenteeism with indication of their reasons, keeps records of the list of employees.

- Systematically makes changes related to the registration of the admission of employees, transfers, dismissals, vacations, etc.

- Controls the timeliness of submission by employees of temporary disability certificates, nursing certificates and other documents confirming their right to be absent from work.

- In accordance with the established procedure, submits timesheets containing information on the time actually worked, overtime hours, violations of labor discipline, etc. - Performs proper and timely maintenance of personnel records in program 1C:ЗУП . In consultation with the HR Man-ager, makes changes to 1C:ЗУП workflows and participates in the automation of the programme;

- Complies with labor regulations, regulations, procedures, instructions and other internal regulatory documents of the Company and division;

- Complies with subordination in relation to the immediate supervisor and other managers of the Company, observe the generally accepted business ethics of communication in relation to colleagues;

- Carries out the proper and timely execution of all other instructions and instructions of the immediate supervisor.
