HR-administrator, School of Medicine (maternity leave cover) (Grade 13)

Job Description

1) to carry out administrative support of the School's working processes;

2) prepare necessary data on quantitative and qualitative composition of the University staff;

3) maintaining a database in the 1C system, carrying out its timely updating and replenishment;
4) participate in the staff selection and hiring process of the School;

5) provide assistance in organizing the arrival of international faculty in coordination with the relevant structural units of the University;

6) coordinating voluntary medical insurance issues for School employees;

7) participate in the process of development of internal regulatory documents of the School;

8) maintain personnel records in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

9) to provide consulting and methodological assistance to the School's employees on issues within its competence;

10) organize and participate in team building and other public events held by the School;

11) Maintain a high level of personal and professional integrity and act as an ethical agent who promotes core values, a culture of integrity and accountability within the University and its organizations;

12) Participate in risk identification, assessment, management, monitoring processes within the supervised area;

13) timely and properly fulfil the tasks of the immediate supervisor and the University management within the framework of his/her job duties and powers;

14) comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal documents of the University;

15) be responsible for compliance with labor and official discipline;

16) be responsible for ensuring the integrity of official documents, as well as preventing the disclosure or leakage of confidential and business information, as well as information of limited access in accordance with the legislation, the Charter and internal documents of the Employer;

17) in case of dismissal is responsible for the timely transfer of all paper documentation, digital information, inventory to another employee as instructed by the immediate supervisor (under the act of acceptance and transfer).

Qualifications

Education

Higher professional education, preferably in higher educational institutions with English language of instruction;
Priority areas of specialties:
- human resource management;
- law;
- management;
- related specialties in the field of humanities


Work experience

With a Bachelor's degree / Specialist - at least three years;
At least 2 year with a master's degree in the relevant field.

Knowledge
- Knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint programs.

Additional information

Health insurance;
