Duties and functions:

  • Participates in the organization of work with personnel in accordance with the overall objectives of development of the organization and specific areas of human resources policy to achieve the effective use and professional development of employees.
  • works closely with Employee Representatives in order to identify and solve existing and potential problems and to bridge the link between the employer and the employees;
  • participates in the annual performance appraisal campaign on site and provides support in this process to the People Development Department;
  • along with the heads of structural units takes decisions on the recruitment, transfer, promotion, demotion, administrative sanctions and termination of the employees;
  • advises line managers and employees on the labor legislation and human resources management issues:
  • participates in the process of planning of the social development of the collective and solving the labor conflicts and disputes;
General Requirements:
  • Higher vocational education (diploma of higher education) in Human Resources or a related/ similar area;
  • at least 5 years professional experience with 3 years of which in the HR management area;* He/she should know:
  • the legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • modern concepts of human resources management;
  • the methods and organization of management;
  • principles, tools and methods of training and development of personnel;
  • fundamentals of production technology used in the Company;
  • Knowledge of Kazakh, Russian and English languages.
Terms:
  • Rotational method of work, schedule 15/13, working hours from 08.00 to 20.00;
  • Deposit Tortkuduk (Turkestan region, Suzak district);
