• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to make informed buying decisions.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and turnover.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising and sales, to align buying strategies with overall business goals.
• Collaborate with vendors to maintain strong relationships and stay updated on industry trends.
• Stay abreast of fashion and footwear industry developments to anticipate market shifts.

• Proven experience as a Buying Manager or in a similar role within the retail industry.
• In-depth knowledge of footwear trends, brands, and market dynamics.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English or/and Turkish

• Working schedule 5/2, from 9:00 till 18:00
