Team Lead International Logistics

Now we are looking for a Team Lead International Logistics who will provide the placing and fulfillment of orders and stable, on time and highest cost effective transportation from manufacturing sites to company warehouses by managing a dedicated logistics team and related processes

Responsibilities :

• Manage and control multimodal delivery channels
• Coordinate product transportation from suppliers to warehouses, taking into account production timelines
• Keep products in storage availability across an end-to-end supply chain in line with company priorities
• Ensure compliance of product batches with transportation and packaging requirements through regular inspections and communication
• Partnering with factories and freight forwarders to promote the company's interests
• Provide supplier order placement and fulfillment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, ideally in a management position .
• Strong knowledge of ordering processes, supplier management and inventory control.
• Proficient in using logistics software and systems to track and manage shipments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate and collaborate to suppliers, transportation companies and internal stakeholders.
• Skilled in data analysis and ability to make reasoned decisions to optimize logistics operations.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to execute orders and deliveries in parallel
• Language skills: Russian = fluent, English = B2+ (Upper-Intermediate and higher), Chinese = optional.
• In-depth knowledge of Incoterms, purchasing and transport documentation
