❤️ GLOBALINK is large international transport company, currently is looking for Recruitment and Hiring Specialist (recruiter) to the HR department team.

MAIN TASKS ARE:

✅Manage vacancies and their timely and qualitative closure

✅ Adaptation, training, motivation

✅ Active search for diverse vacancies;

✅ Initiatives implementation and to develop the existing Recruitment and selection process

✅ Interaction with managers

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

✅Min 3 years of experience as a Recruiter

✅ Knowledge and skills of ethics of business communication, standards of conducting telephone conversations and business correspondence

✅ The ability to analyze high volume information and draw the right conclusions

✅ A confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel).

REQUIREMENTЯ:

Knowledge of English at the ADVANCED level

Successful job closing experience;

Communication and negotiation skills;

Results oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interaction with managers of different levels;

Negotiations with line managers, personal meetings, business correspondence;

Organization of the recruitment process by regions (Kazakhstan, CIS, Russia, Central Asian and Caucasian countries, near and far abroad);

Conducting interviews;

Organization and management of recruitment projects in the department;

Ensuring that job closure plans are implemented;

Working with the CV database;

Development and initiatives to develop procedures for staff adaptation and motivation;

Assessment of candidates' professional and personal competencies;

Fulfillment of tasks assigned from Group HR GM;

Maintaining statistics and reporting;

Providing weekly reports to the manager;

Setting goals and objectives;
