WHAT'S THE ROLE?
- Responsible to drive and implement all relevant AMS initiatives in META Partners and support MO Profitability.
- Understand customers needs, Competitive trends, including key differentiation dimensions and relevance.
- Set a mid term direction for AMS roadmap & actively communicate the value proposition.
- Manage stake holders effectively by ongoing proactive communication, aligning priorities with the MO, the Hub, Regional AMS team.
- Business ownership to drive sustainable value creation within partner markets, to take necessary actions proactively, and to follow up effectively to get things done.
- Deliver excellent service level by executing seamless customer experience through end-to-end services processes for all customers, including complaint handling, quality management and fair repair pricing to build a strong value for money awareness to support tool sales growth.
- Apply the global AMS process in META Partners by implementing global AMS standards, Create a lean-er TSC: Establish a culture that improvement ideas are standard behavior. Implement changes in the TSC that manage capacity for future Repair Output growth.
- Support TSC productivity, by actively balancing all relevant cost (OPEX, COGS and Freight) including Inventory management.
- Coach team members to own their professional development and follow passionately our "moment" approach to people contribution.
- Market Visits to be done to support the Partner Market Business (Near East and East Africa)

The Business Developer AMS is responsible for implementing AMS Hilti Standard and developing profitable business with the partner and offering best in class AMS services to customers in distribution markets across Central Asia.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- An agile approach to solving problems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed
- Technical Background (Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical) is an advantage
- AMS/ TSC experience is an advantage
- Proven leadership skills
- Proficient in Both English and Russian is a must
