OKR master

inDrive is an international ride-hailing service headquartered in Mountain View, CA. inDrive app's downloads exceed 150M, we are operating in more than 640+ cities in 45 countries.

We are seeking for a OKR master that is responsible for organizing, supporting and enhancing the OKR-setting process across all departments of the company.

Responsibilities

• Forms a business process for setting, coordinating, monitoring, controlling objectives and summarizing results
• Is responsible for timely goal setting process within OKR stream, and for plan/fact correct reflection
• Executes process improvement projects and process changes
• Establishes a calendar of mandatory cadences (events) for planning and summarizing results for periods
• Organizes unified communication about processes, deadlines, and responsible parties for setting objectives
• Launches the OKR process in departments and companies that do not currently use it
• Assists in implementing suitable practices and tools for goal planning at different levels
• Is responsible for training company employees in goal setting and OKR methodology
• Collects feedback from participants in the goal setting process to improve and refine it, proactive approach to improvement
• Upon request, facilitates team meetings to plan OKRs and promotes collective decision making on objectives
• Investigates the quality of the process and provides feedback to employees

Qualifications

• Experience in launching and organizing OKR/KPI processes
• Previous 3Y experience as Project manager/Strategic Manager/Business planning specialist/OKR Coach
• Understanding goalsetting fundamentals, experience in company with goalsetting processes
• Proven examples of initiating process improvement, followed by development and implementation, change management
• Basic knowledge of organizational economics, basic analytical skills
• Influence skills
• Experience in efficient communicating with C-level
• Problem-solving skills, knowledge of problem-solving frameworks and approaches, risks mitigation
• Leadership: ability to take responsibility for a task, organize the work of others around it, and see it through to completion
• High level of autonomy
• English - B2+
