We're on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and help us take Latin America by storm. If you're all about honesty, integrity, and trust, and you're ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done, this could be the gig for you

Key Responsibilities:

• Data-Driven Strategy: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive growth across Latin America, leveraging data insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI

• Agile Execution: Stay ahead of the curve, adapting quickly to market changes and emerging trends to keep our marketing efforts on point

• Transparent Communication: Overcommunicate like a pro, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams to drive results and foster trust

• Customer Development: Dive deep into customer feedback, using insights to shape marketing initiatives that solve real problems and resonate with our audience
