Обязанности:
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the talent pool, succession plans, nationalization plans and other talent management data to identify development areas and potential risks, utilizing various analytical and visualization tools to interpret data and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) on talent-related data, monitoring changes, identifying patterns and trends.
- Interact and coordinate with department representatives to collect data on personnel, position requirements and functional responsibilities, preparing presentations for the Functional Personnel Development Committee and actively participating in personnel development projects.
- Support of the Talent Management Information System.
- Provide support to colleagues at various levels on talent management database, data analysis and reporting.
- A higher education degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field that emphasizes quantitative analysis and strategic decision-making
- Practical experience through internships or projects with a focus on talent management, data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields is preferred.
- Language Skills: Kazakh and Russian languages, English language is mandatory.
- Advanced user of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with various data analysis and visual application tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, PowerApp, etc) and preparation of presentation materials (PowerPoint, Canva)
