Role Summary:

Site HR Manager role stretches across all HR activities throughout the employee’s life-cycle. This role is required to implement HR strategies in line with the Overall HR & Business Strategy and manage multiple divisions within a larger Business Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and develop site HR team
  • Maintain full range of HR processes like Recruiting, Employment Processing, On boarding, Employee Relations and Engagement, Rewarding and Recognition, Retention, Exit Management etc.
  • Develop, maintain and enhance corporate culture
  • Build and enhance HR brand in the business unit, act as HR brand ambassador
  • Collaborate with business teams to ensure compliance and traction across various employee life-cycle processes
  • Interact with other functions to resolve process breakdown issues
  • Coach and counsel managers and employees regarding HR related matters on regular basis
  • Manage employee relations, issues and grievances and act as an employee facilitator
  • Lead communications related to new initiatives, programs and policies
  • Be in charge of event management, social initiatives and CSR
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Lead local HR Projects. Collaborate with international HR teams. Take part in global HR projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Higher education. Degree or masters in Human Psychology, Human Resource Management, Humanities
  • Fluent English

Required Experience:

  • 10+ Years in HR Generalist or Business Partner role
  • Proven managerial experience

Prerequisites for this role:

  • Demonstrated experience in the implementation of HR processes as a Generalist/HRBP preferably for a group of 300+ employees in a Lead role
  • Experience of working with key business leaders and stakeholders. Managing relationships effectively and ensuring stakeholder buy-in for initiatives and processes. High comfort level in working with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to manage critical conversations with employees
  • Ensure on-time delivery without compromising on quality and consistency
  • Must possess a basic understanding of Industry and Competitive Landscape for IT Industry; including new/ongoing trends
  • High self-confidence with the ability to present concepts to larger teams and manage critical feedback. High level of responsiveness and customer orientation in interaction
  • Quick learner who is passionate about making a difference. Willingness to stretch where required and takes on additional responsibilities and challenging roles
  • Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced, constantly changing environment
