Customer Intelligence Specialist

The Customer Intelligence Specialist provides primary support for consignment order fulfilment and inventory activities while utilizing analytical skills and collaboration with the Technical Sales Support, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Logistics, warehouse, ISS and Global Supply Chain departments. Utilizes inventory management skills and knowledge to execute and influence field and distribution center stocking strategies.

Main responsibilities:

• Order management operations and contributes to Customer Service goals.
• Processing and analyzing consumption reports and replenishment consignment warehouses according to LCS contracts.
• Keep material master data actual in SAP/1C.
• Work in SAP, 1C, Salesforce, Power BI.
• All additional consignment Customer requests handling.
• Safeguarding that we follow the conditions in consignment contracts.
• Support consignment claims.
• Identifies and executes initiatives with the Sales Team to proactively move slow moving and short-dated inventory.
• Reviews consignment levels quarterly and recommends adjustments (push-pull) to consignment levels in the field.
• Participates in inventory process improvement projects.

Requirements of the Customer Intelligence Specialist:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Russian and English.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as BI as advance.
• Excellent Excel knowledge.
• Experience with 1C and SAP.
• Good communication and presentation skills on PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
