Cashier & Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and assist with purchases
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide personalized sales service and meet sales goals
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in assigned areas
• Stay knowledgeable about products and inventory procedures
• Process POS purchases and handle returns

Requirements:

• Friendly and customer-oriented personality
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues proactively
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Proficiency in POS transactions and inventory procedures
• Flexible availability for shifts
• English at least intermediate level
