Senior Recruiter

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with Mars' overall talent acquisition objectives;
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely fulfillment of hiring needs;
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and establish selection criteria;
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including direct sourcing, networking, social media, job boards, and employee referrals;
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-depth interviews, to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit;
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations to support workforce planning and talent acquisition goals;
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and industry associations, to expand talent networks and access specialized skills;
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in consumer goods;
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment strategies with business objectives;
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment;
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Russian – Upper intermediate, English – Upper Intermediate.
