Responsibilities:
- Execute sales strategy
- Drive company’s initiatives and ensure execution standards
- Monitor sales progress against business plans
- Engage and coach distribution partners for execution excellence
- Increase distribution and volume
Skills:
- Ability to lead, motivate and manage distribution partners
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in conflict management
- Analytical and numerate
- Organized with time and resource management skills
Requirements:
- 5+ years of outstanding sales experience
- Track record in team management ana leadership
- Local market knowledge
- English
