Efes Kazakhstan takes a leading position in the beer market of Kazakhstan. The company is a member of Efes Beer Group, which is a multinational group in the beverage industry specializing in the production and sale of beer and non-alcoholic beverages in Turkey, Eastern Europe and the CIS. Efes Kazakhstan owns two beer production plants in Almaty and Karaganda, as well as regional representative offices in Kazakhstan. We are glad to invite candidates to consider our vacancy of National HoReCa Supervisor Almaty.

Position purpose

The main purpose of this role is to ensure the development & management of Company’s Business in HoReCa segment that will ensure the sustained sales of the company’s products and achievement of the targeted market share in this segment.The purpose of the HoReCa Supervisor role is to play in driving revenue, building client relationships, and contributing to the success and growth of the establishment within the hospitality sector.

Reporting line: to National HoReCa and On Trade Manager, KZ.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by actively pursuing new HoReCa clients, expanding existing accounts, and optimizing sales processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HoReCa partners and clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Continuously assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the HoReCa sector to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the establishment's offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with HoReCa clients, ensuring favourable outcomes for the establishment.
  • Provide accurate regular sales reports, and updates on sales activities to senior management.
  • Lead the development and growth of the HoReCa sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maximize their potential and contributions.
  • Work and development plans for staff in place acc. to national timings and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Readiness for the business trips across KZ
  • Having a driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • An analytical mindset with organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Excel, MS office, Internet.
  • English, Kazakhs (intermediate level).
  • High level of interpersonal skills, organization and planning, result, and people orientation.
  • The ability to take well-founded decisions, work independently and in a team.
