Groundwater modeler - Hydrogeologist

Обязанности:
- To perform hydrogeological or transport (reactive or non-reactive) modeling studies using advanced numerical simulation techniques;
- To help improving the hydro geological and transport models used in Katco;
- To help the hydrogeological group in the field to gather hydrogeological, geochemical, or chemical data.
- Make sure the inputs data use for modeling are corrects and collaborates with the appropriate departments for any corrections, especially with the department responsible for providing 3D geological model.
- Analyze the results of the simulation to propose useful solutions and actions to the department who initially asked for it.
- Graduate degree from an engineering school, university or equivalent. Qualification in hydrogeology, geochemistry and numerical modeling.
- At least 2 years of experience in mining geology/hydrodynamic modeling.
- Skills in MS Office, PETREL (RE, FrontSIM), t-Navigator etc.
- Completion of advanced training courses in geology and hydrodynamic modeling (if available).
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of Legislation of the RK in area of subsurface resources management as well as sub legislative normative and industry field documents, accepted in the State Committee for Mineral Reserves of the Republic of Kazakhstan (GKZ RK) for accomplishment of estimation of uranium ore reserves and resources.
- Rotational method of work, schedule 15/13, working hours from 08.00 to 20.00;
- Deposit Tortkuduk (Turkestan region, Suzak district);
