Responsibilities:

• Review supplier quality documentation, verifying accuracy and conformance with relevant standards.
• Checking supplier specifications for compliance with the company's product requirements.
• Examine simplified drawings, checking for dimensional compliance before production initiation.
• Monitor the PPAP process, maintaining documentation order and conformance to quality standards.
• Record compliance checks systematically, ensuring readiness for audits and referencing.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams for timely resolution of documentation issues

Qualifications

• Secondary vocational education in Quality Management, Automotive, Engineering or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle construction, its repair and maintenance procedures.

• Proficiency in understanding and reviewing technical documents and dimensional drawings.

• Good attention to detail, essential for identifying discrepancies.

• Solid knowledge of document management processes.

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Automotive, Engineering or Quality-related field.

• Exceptional accuracy and record-keeping skills.

• Basic knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system.

• Experience in conformity control of product specifications.

• Knowledge of certification requirements for automotive market products and auto parts.

Experience:

• Experience in checking and maintaining quality documents in a production or manufacturing environment OR in-depth experience in car repair and maintenance.

• Experience in problem solving and identifying solutions in a timely manner.

• Prior experience working in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.

Experience in coordinating with different stakeholders like cross-functional teams
