Assistant to General Director

Caspian Energy Corporation is engaged in the production of industrial valves and automation for the oil and gas industry, supplying products for large oil and gas projects in Kazakhstan since 2008. Our office and production base are located in the Beshagash district, Almaty region (5 minutes drive from Halyk Arena) .

Responsibilities:

Communication with Customers , Suppliers , authority on behalf of General Director as required.

Fixing of Meetings and accompany Director within and outside Kazakhstan as required for Business Meetings .

Review of Data sheet and Drawing/ Translation of Drawing in AutoCAD / PDF as if required .

Translation of Technical Documents / Data sheet and interpretation in meeting.

Communication and coordination on behalf of Director n with different authority, organizations, suppliers, different department within company s as required.

Support on Business Development Activity

MBA (Master in Business Administration ) / International Business

University degree in Engineering will be preferable .

Should be fluent in English Language Proficiency (Minimum C1)

Should have knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD and PDF

Candidate having minimum 1-3 years’ experience will be preferred. Fresh Graduate candidate can also apply.

Preference will be given to candidate from Valve Industry, Piping & Process industry, engineering & manufacturing industry and oil & gas sector.

Should be available for business trip when required .
