As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding our clients' needs and translating them into actionable requirements for our development teams. The role will be to support all phases of the software development lifecycle. Reporting to the development manager, you will work closely with our development team to perform testing and ensure success. Supported by fantastic leadership in this team, this is the perfect opportunity to develop your BA career further.

1. Advanced English Level, C2 and above
2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear and concise requirements.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Interest in UI/UX design
5. Attention to detail is a must.
6. Proficiency in requirement management tools and software development methodologies.
7. Familiarity with agile development practices and the ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
8. Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
9. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
