Job responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable work is focused on administering, designing, and ensuring
compliance with accounts receivable processes, including: - Invoice generation based on purchase orders (including applicable discounts)
- Verification of customer credit approval and applicable payment terms
- Verification of invoices vs. shipping documents
- Payment processing and application to customer balances in the accounts receivable
ledger, including reconciliation of cash payments - Accounts receivable age analysis and reporting
- May include collections activities
- Work with over 130,000 diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles
