Configuration and management of user communication (push & in-app & email)

Collaboration with cross-functional departments and teams (production, copyright, SMM, research, HR, business growth) to develop and maintain a consistent content plan

Analysis of key network KPIs (ER, IR, LTV) and user lifecycle

Regular data analytics, including hypotheses, A/B tests, campaign effectiveness, etc.

Reporting on region-specific metrics and communication performance

Testing of new mechanics and content

Exploration of user database to identify insights and growth opportunities
You will be a good fit for our team if you:

Experience in CRM/Email/targeted marketing

Experience working with large user databases

Proficiency in generating reports and visualizing data

Experience in constructing and analyzing product funnels

Ability to design sequences of triggered communications

Proficiency in working with Figma/Miro
