Senior CRM specialist

We are looking for an expert of CRM communications to join the Growth Team as a Senior CRM Specialist. The key focus of a person in this role will be to drive business growth of inDrive Mobility verticals by running communication campaigns in 46 countries all over the globe!

• Configuration and management of user communication (push & in-app & email)

• Collaboration with cross-functional departments and teams (production, copyright, SMM, research, HR, business growth) to develop and maintain a consistent content plan

• Analysis of key network KPIs (ER, IR, LTV) and user lifecycle

• Regular data analytics, including hypotheses, A/B tests, campaign effectiveness, etc.

• Reporting on region-specific metrics and communication performance

• Testing of new mechanics and content

• Exploration of user database to identify insights and growth opportunities

You will be a good fit for our team if you:

• Experience in CRM/Email/targeted marketing

• Experience working with large user databases

• Proficiency in generating reports and visualizing data

• Experience in constructing and analyzing product funnels

• Ability to design sequences of triggered communications

• Proficiency in working with Figma/Miro
