Job responsibilities:
  • Develop, deploy and monitor the end-to-end process for all display materials /equipment
    from ordering to storage, distribution and implementation and ensuring smooth roll out
    within customers
  • Identify and develop winning and innovative permanent and activity/temporary display
    strategies to maximize transactions and conversions for the business unit
  • Accountable for the deployment of all permanent and activity/temporary display solutions
    within strategic partner customers across channels working closely with all relevant internal
    stakeholders e.g. Sales / SDL / Commercial in line with defined KPI’s
  • Manage the overall permanent and activity/temporary display budget including the display
    development budget within accounting guidelines (with SDL Director sign-off)
  • Support the global display team in the creation of scalable permanent display solutions and
    catalogues to deliver against the display strategy at a local level
  • Lead the testing of permanent display solutions in the market engaging with customers,
    managing prototypes and tracking data to measure impact on shoppers and/or Sales
  • Lead the category leadership projects from Display part: ensures quality, efficient &
    effective, on-time execution
  • Partner with the global display team to lead the creation and execution of relevant bespoke
    permanent display solutions and seek to identify future permanent display opportunities
    and best practice to unlock growth
  • Responsible for inspiring strategic partner customers with disruptive permanent display
    innovations and ensure that PN are perceived as the best-in-class supplier for creative
    solutions
  • Influence key stakeholders to ensure the needs of shoppers and customers are brought to
    life, in our strategic plans and the in-store execution
  • Ensure distribution of toolkit (instructions / training / aids / to the Sales Force and/or 3rd
    parties in order to properly deploy strategic permanent display initiatives)
Requirements:
  • Considerable display development experience with a demonstrated ability to develop and
    execute successfully strong and impactful display solutions in a diverse range of customers
  • Ability to navigate complex situations managing multiple activities simultaneously.
    Demonstrated ability to think creatively, challenge the status quo with a can do attitude and
    adopt a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Self-reliant, creative and resilient and able to respond and adapt to a fast moving, swiftly
    changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize and execute a display strategy
    Commercially astute and proven business judgement with an understanding of the
    commercial impact of one’s own decision making
  • Experience in areas such as (but not exclusive to): Sales, Consumer and Customer
    Marketing, Shopper Insights, In-store Design or R&D design
