CAD engineer

Requirements:

Must have thorough knowledge about Auto CAD.

Must have knowledge about wind projects and have site experience.

Must have experience in crane / lifting drawings

Responsibilities:

Assist with on-site management to ensure project success

Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadline

Studies and analyses drawings, sketches and/or other relevant information .

Consults equipment documentation and measures equipment if required, in order to ensure the correct use and optimized configuration of the assigned equipment.

Produces project and equipment drawings using CAD software while following the Sarens drawing standards.

Converts equipment construction drawings into proper blocks for project drawings.

Liaises with other engineering team members in order to improve the quality, efficiency and correctness of the drawings.

Performs measurements and produces drawings on site

Attends meetings and prepares professional reports

Understanding of lifting principles, calculations, and equipment capabilities.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience

1 - 3 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager

Strong experience in AutoCad must, additional experience in Inventor or 3D max preferred

Advanced oral & written English
