We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the CIS region. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales management within the CIS market.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the CIS region.

- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed sales goals.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients and partners in the CIS market.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and initiatives.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and delivery teams to ensure alignment and support for sales objectives.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, and provide insights and recommendations to management.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 3 years of experience in the CIS market.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.

- Fluent in English is required.

- Willingness to travel within the CIS region as needed.
