Awara IT is a global IT consulting company with Finnish roots. We have extensive experience of over 15 years and have emerged from an international consulting holding. Our presence spans across the globe, as we have successfully executed 500+ projects in various regions such as CIS, Western and Eastern Europe, North and South America, Australia, Asia, and Africa.

A visible presence in Social Media space is one of the key strategies to build awareness of

a) the company /corporate brand as a whole and

b) key areas of expertise/solutions portfolio for 4 key TA segments: Business Decision Makers, IT Pro & developers, Tech audience, Public. Currently, mostly LinkedIn is activated - globally in English, and the 'How to AI' TG channel is launched in CIS (initial stage). The next step is to develop & activate other important SMM platforms: FB, Instagram, Youtube, and Twitter - as part of a global SMM strategy with relevant localization (incl. Languages) in focused countries, and upgrade LinkedIn to a more systematic always-on mode.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Development & implementation of a global SMM strategy and local SMM sub-strategies, defining roles/tasks/objectives & KPIs for each platform (SMM channel mix) - via own resources and outsourcing.

2. As part of the overall SMM strategy, for each key SMM Platform: FB, Instagram, Youtube - development of sub-strategy and always on plan for its implementation, taking into account local business objectives & priorities and specifics - own resources and involvement of specialized SMM agency/contractor.

2.1 Constant Competitive Analysis; Analysis of external 'Info-field' and Trends/News.
2.2 Identification of key TA segments and objectives & deliverables per each
2.3 Identification of key Content vectors; Content plan development and implementation, including Expert Content (via involvement & management of key practices experts) and popularization of Hero Cases/Customer Success stories - in cooperation with the Content Marketing manager
2.4 Ensure synergy of SMM plan with total Marketing Activity Calendars / key Events by Country - in collaboration with Marketing Managers
2.5 Setting KPIs/cross-KPIs @ SMM platforms - Image/Awareness and Meda/Reach; constant monitoring fact vs. plan, suggesting corrective actions.

3. Creation/writing and visualization of Content and its distribution according to the Content Plan "plus" Situation Marketing' approach - via internal resources (self, content manager, practice experts) and involvement of outsourcing/freelancers.

4. Create and implement SMM collaborations that contribute to the achievement of target KPIs
4.1 Local Bloggers/Influencers
4.2 Customers - joint SMM promotion of Hero Cases/Success stories.

Job requirements:

  • Relevant practical experience of 3 years in launching and leading SMM (across key platforms) in IT B2B: from strategy to specific postings
  • Practical SMM experience in focus countries (cases)
  • Advanced SMM Copywriting practical skills (cases)
  • Practical experience in the design/creation of banners and other visual materials for key SMM platforms. Practical application of Figma, Canva, and Photoshop.
  • Practical experience in writing briefs and assignments for external contractors; effective management of a pool of external contractors/freelancers.
  • SMM/digital analytics.
  • Knowledge/experience with Ahrefs or Semrush as competitive analytics tools.
  • Language proficiency: advanced RU and ENG. Basic Spanish would be a benefit.
